BEHIND THE LENS

Being a photographer was not really an aspiriation I had ever considered until the fall of 2012 when I timidly picked up a beginner Canon and uncomfortably took my brothers senior photos. To eveyone's surprise, including my own, the photos turned out better than decent. And so began the development of my creative eye and my love affair with the hobby of photography. I am 18 years old, fresh out of high school and have taught myself everything I know. Please don't let my age scare you! My work speaks for itself.  

 

No, I do not plan to pursue a career in photography, though I am sure I will continue practicing it as a hobby throughout the rest of my life. Instead, I am planning to attend a 4-year university where I will run track and field and take up a major in pre-dentistry. 

 

I crurently use a Canon 6D Professional Level DSLR. I use Adobe Photoshop CS6 for post processing images.

 

I am the upper-middle child of 4. My family has encouraged and supported me through my journey behind the lens. They inspire me to continue capturing all of those precious little moments so that they can be cherished and remembered forever.
